I park here every day and have never experienced any of these issues. The people posting here seem to be from different states. This garage is in downtown Brooklyn not Houston or Baton Rouge.

This parking garage is located in downtown Brooklyn, NY. The staff here are always welcoming and polite. Once again this garage is not in Houston, TX or Cherry Creek, Colorado.

I parked with MetroTech Garage at 351 Jay Street Brooklyn where the process was different for me as far as getting out with a prepaid parking pass -- but Rahim and another fellow explained their closing time, how to navigate the gates, and the feature on the app that would unlock the gate. I was a little uneasy about it, but hoped for the best. When I came back, RAHIM was kindly waiting for me, the last one to leave -- he had sent a text that my car was ready to go before I arrived, and he clued me into the need to pull up close to the exit gate to trigger the open. He was such a lovely help. I will park there again, for sure.
